We make every effort to describe and accurately photograph all items. However, due to variations in computers, monitors and settings, we cannot guarantee that the colors viewed on screen will be the exact colors of the items you will receive.

Each hair accessory and piece of jewelry is skillfully crafted and carefully inspected before shipment. Please contact us within 2 days of receipt if any items in your order are received otherwise. If damage occurs to a piece as a result of our own manufacturing error, we will be happy to replace, repair or exchange it free of charge. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for damage incurred do to normal wear and tear or product abuse.

Persons who buy or use products from Katelifestyle Hair Jewelry agree to indemnify (not hold responsible) Katelifestyle Hair Jewelry of any responsibility for damages or injuries which may occur from the use of those products.
