Shipping policy:
**We Only Ship to Canada and US**
Most orders will be shipped within 3-5 days
All orders ship free via Canada Post Lettermail (untracked) : 10-15 business days
Orders of $79 cad and above ship free via chit chats (USPS & Canada Post) : 3-6 days (US); 2-8 days (Canada)
Mail upgrades are also available for an additional charge
Please note that customized items may have a longer processing time. Please inquire with any questions about specific products.
Returns:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Unworn hair accessories and jewelry may be returned for exchange, credit or a full refund less any shipping or associated charges.
Please notify us through email before sending back an item. Returned or exchanged merchandise must arrive insured in its original packaging and condition within 15 days of confirmed date received. Returned items must be in new condition (no scratches or blemishes and no broken, missing or exchanged stones). We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. After 15 days from receipt of purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
Orders that originally qualified for free shipping are subject to application of standard shipping fees upon full or partial returns.
Items cannot be returned if:
- No unboxing video demonstrating item condition when arrived
- Size issues (they are clearly stated under product description)
- Worn hair accessories, jewelry, sale items, special orders, and custom made designs
We make every effort to describe and accurately photograph all items. However, due to variations in computers, monitors and settings, we cannot guarantee that the colors viewed on screen will be the exact colors of the items you will receive.
Each hair accessory and piece of jewelry is skillfully crafted and carefully inspected before shipment. Please contact us within 2 days of receipt if any items in your order are received otherwise. If damage occurs to a piece as a result of our own manufacturing error, we will be happy to replace, repair or exchange it free of charge. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for damage incurred do to normal wear and tear or product abuse.
Persons who buy or use products from Katelifestyle Hair Jewelry agree to indemnify (not hold responsible) Katelifestyle Hair Jewelry of any responsibility for damages or injuries which may occur from the use of those products.
